Why Do We Score Our Workouts?

It’s a question we get asked often… but there’s a few reasons WHY we score our workouts… and it’s not just to inflate our egos.
I filmed this on Valentine’s Day… but waited until now to post it. Got a little camera shy and wasn’t exactly sure how I liked it. I’m posting this because A) it’s good to be a little uncomfortable when you put yourself out there, and B) it has some good information for you!
